Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items on sale or discounted under offers are not eligible for return/exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at support@vastradwar.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will initiate a reverse pickup if eligible.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes quality check, a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Exchanges / Replacements

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • We’ll ship the exchanged item/replacement once the original item is received and verified.
  • The exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized orders
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

One free reverse pickup attempt is offered. If unsuccessful, the customer will need to self-ship the product to the address below:
